Dell and Infobird are scheduled to open a press conference on December 9, 2009 and sign an official cooperation agreement.
Dell will deploy Qitongbao, a cloud communication product of Infobird, to its Chinese customers via its huge direct-selling network.
Dell clinched cooperation with Infobird within two months. The Chinese company successfully used cloud computing technology for call center services last year.
The signing of the agreement between Dell and Infobird is expected to push the “enterprise Internet communication platform” market to grow more than 40%. By then, tens of hundreds of companies will benefit from cloud computing.
Cloud computing is Internet-based development and use of computer technology. It is a style of computing, in which IT-related capabilities are provided as a service, and enables companies to reduce investment in IT.
According to a research report on China’s call center industry development, e-commerce trading volume topped CNY 3 trillion last year.
